Texas and LA are in a good under spot on Monday. Texas sends out MacKenzie Gore, who has logged back to back quality starts and is in off his best starts of the season. He threw 6.0 shutout innings against the Giants and has a lot of momentum coming into this matchup. The Angels counter with Reid Detmers, who despite being 3-8, has been one of the Angels most reliable pitchers. He’s been able to work deeper into games and his ability to limit damage has led to some success. Both offenses have been inconsistent this season and this game will have a lot of swings and misses. Colorado and Arizona have value to the over. Colorado sends out Gabriel Hughes, who is 0-3 and has allowed 8 runs combined over his last 2 starts. Tampa Bay got him for 5 runs last time out and he just hasn’t found any sort of consistency. Mike Soroka counters and he is just 1-2 in his career against the Rockies. We should see both teams produce scoring chances and both bullpens have labored over the last few weeks. This sets up for a high scoring affair. Back the over.

Tampa Bay and the A’s have value to the under. Tampa Bay will go with Freddy Peralta, who looks to bounce back and make a much better impression than his first start in a Rays uniform. Peralta will have a lot of success against an A’s lineup that has struggled. Jacob Lopez will counter and he’s had a lot of success as of late. He’s thrown 4 straight solid starts where he’s allowed 2 runs or less. He’s pitching with a lot of confidence and will be able to ride that momentum into this matchup on Monday. Back the under.

The Dodgers and Royals have value to the under. Tarik Skubal goes for the Dodgers and will make his 2nd start since the deadline. He runs into a familiar foe as he saw plenty of the Royals this year and throughout his career. Noah Cameron counters and he owns a 0.39 ERA over his last 3 appearances.
