They have looked unstoppable all tournament long and they’re just blowing teams out with their ability to find the back of the net. They finished with 10 goals in the group stage portion and conceded just 2. Sweden struggled defensively themselves and that doesn’t bode well going up against one of the best offenses in the world. Look for France to put endless amounts of pressure on in a game where they control everything. Back France -1.5.

Tuesday 2* World Cup Soccer Spread Play

New York and Detroit meet in game 2 of their series and this is a good price on New York. Skubal continues to make starts since returning from the IL and he’s been very suspect since that. He’s allowed 9 runs in the 3 starts since being back and last time out he faced this Yankees side and took a loss. He hasn’t been sharp and this is another case where he will struggle. Cam Schlittler counters with an ERA of just 1.62. He’s been dynamite all season and matches up well against an inconsistent Tigers offense. The value is with New York. Back the Yankees.
