Football Team vs. Eagles

The Football Team may not have the best record in the NFL, but they are actually one of the most talented teams in the league. They have one of the best defenses in the entire league and have some dangerous weapons on their offense. It is unfortunate that they have hurt themselves due to their bad quarterback play but if Alex Smith if the starter for this game they should be good to go. Philadelphia on the other hand found their quarterback of the future in Jalen Hurts after multiple incredible outings. His excellence should keep the Eagles in this game regardless of how many players they have inactive, but I think that Washington doesn’t allow Hurts to get going at all in this matchup. It will be a low scoring game that will come down to the wire, but Washington has too good of a defense to pick the Eagles here.

Final Pick: Football Team

Packers vs. Bears

As much as I would like to think that this is going to be a close game it probably isn’t. Green Bay absolutely decimated the Bears the last time these two teams faced off and Chicago hasn’t looked very good since then. They have strung together a few wins in room but so has the Packers. Aaron Rodgers is also far better than Mitchell Trubisky and should give Green Bay a huge edge in this division matchup. Green Bay has just had more success overall this season and is bound to roll on their division rivals this week with another vintage Rodgers performance.

Final Pick: Packers

Steelers vs. Browns

This is going to be a far different game compared to the last time these two teams squared off against one another. Pittsburgh may have rolled over the Browns in that game, but Pittsburgh has not looked that great in the past few weeks, losing a few key pieces on their roster due to season ending injuries as well as their receivers dropping far too many open passes. Meanwhile, the Browns look confident and in control in recent weeks. Their offense is clicking all across the field and their team has seemingly meshed together with their new head coach. Do not expect one of these teams to blow out the other in this game as this matchup is bound to be decided in the closing seconds. I think that this game could definitely go either way, but I still believe that the Steelers are the better team and should barely scrap away with a win.

Final Pick: Steelers

Saints vs. Panthers

The Saints are very banged up on both sides of the ball and that growing injury list seems to get more and more worrisome for them. They still happen to boast an elite offense with the combo of Alvin Kamara and Latavius Murray which could prove to be huge for a team that is missing numerous wide receivers. It also helps that the Panthers have not been great at defending the run so far this season which could set up a huge day for those two backs. Carolina has also lost a ton of games this season after what looked to be a great start to the year. This team doesn’t look that great right now while the Saints are looking towards their Wild Card game next week. Take the Saints to sweep their division rivals this game. They are just the far better team overall.

Final Pick: Saints

Titans vs. Texans

The Titans are a very well-balanced team overall, they can run the ball effectively but also pass the ball at a high level. The issue for them this season has been their defense as they have little to no pass rush. Luckily for them, the Texans happen to own one of the worst defenses in the league, especially against the run, which should line up Derrick Henry for the game of his life this weekend. It also opens the door for a fantastic game from Ryan Tannehill under center. For Houston, they need a miraculous game from Deshaun Watson as well as a spirited defensive effort in order to just stay close to this rolling Titans team. Everything is in favor of the Titans in this matchup and for good reason, bet on them with confidence this weekend.

Final Pick: Titans

Jaguars vs. Colts

This game won’t need much explaining. The Jaguars are currently fighting for the number one overall pick in this upcoming draft and own one of the worst offenses and one of the worst defenses in the entire league. There is very little to be optimistic about for this team this year while the Colts are fighting for the top spot in their division. Phillip Rivers has proven to be a viable quarterback for a playoff team and their rushing attack is one of the best in the league. They also happen to have one of the best defenses in the entire league led by linebacker Darius Leonard. The Jaguars were able to defeat the Colts back on opening week this season and is their only win on the season, but this Colts team is far better than what they were in that game. Don’t expect the same outcome as the Colts should roll this week.

Final Pick: Colts

Vikings vs. Lions

The Vikings haven’t been consistent all season outside of their superstar running back Dalvin Cook. Their offense in general has been underwhelming this season as well as their defense due to injuries. This is not the same Minnesota team that we were all able to see last season. But luckily for them, the Lions have been even worse this season. Their offense has made some strides this year but their defense is among the worst in the league, especially after losing Jeff Okudah. The Vikings should have no problem winning this tough division matchup to make one last effort for a postseason spot.

Final Pick: Vikings

Cardinals vs. Rams

This game has the potential to be the game of the week. The Cardinals have been explosive on both sides of the ball this season with Kyler Murray and DeAndre Hopkins forming a formidable duo on offense. They have also benefited from stellar play from multiple players on the defensive side of the ball despite losing Chandler Jones earlier in the season. Meanwhile, the Rams have a ton of talent on both sides of the ball but somehow lost to the New York Jets, who were winless at the time. This team has shown that they can compete with anybody, but their offense isn’t very consistent. I believe that Cardinals can squeak away with a win here due to their familiarity with each other.

Final Pick: Cardinals

Falcons vs. Buccaneers

The Falcons were in perfect position to beat the Buccaneers the last time these two teams squared off against one another. Atlanta was up by 17 points heading into the half before getting stonewalled in the second half and eventually losing the game. This week, I believe that the Falcons will right the ship and be far more prepared to play a full game than they were last week. They should be able to keep it close and stall Tom Brady and this deadly offense long enough for them to build a nice lead for themselves. I am going out on a limb here and thinking that the Falcons get a surprise win to end the season.

Final Pick: Falcons

Chargers vs. Chiefs

The Chargers have so much talent on both sides of the ball including future superstar quarterback Justin Herbert, who has amazed everybody this season with his stellar play. However, they have been decimated by injuries and have been completely unable to win one possession games this year. They are going to have to figure that out when they head to Arrowhead to face a Chiefs team that looks unbeatable. They have shown some weaknesses, but they somehow find ways to win tough games while the Chargers find ways to lose them. This will no doubt be a close game, but the Chiefs are way more experienced and know how to close out ball games.

Final Pick: Chiefs

Jets vs. Patriots

This game should actually be a lot closer than many people may expect. The Jets may lose a ton of games, but they have been very competitive in their last few contests, even picking up their first win against a playoff caliber team in the Los Angeles Rams a few weeks ago. They also played their hearts out against the Patriots a few weeks back and seem to be gaining confidence in themselves. The same cannot be said about the Patriots as they were eliminated from playoff contention for the first time in over 10 years. Cam Newton has looked terrible throwing the football all season long and their defense is at half capacity due to a number of players opting out of the season earlier in the year. The Patriots should win this ball game because they do have more talent than the Jets, but it is going to be a heated division game between two rivals.

Final Pick: Patriots

Ravens vs. Bengals

This game isn’t going to be very close. The Ravens have been rolling offensively in recent weeks with Lamar Jackson playing out of this world in both the run game and the pass game. Their defense also happens to boast numerous star players on all three levels of the ball. Meanwhile, the Bengals may be without their starting two quarterbacks in this game while their defense is very young and inexperienced as a whole. The Ravens are the far better team in almost every statistical category this season and should roll to a blowout victory in this game.

Final Pick: Ravens

Dolphins vs. Bills

Here is another game that has the possibility of being the game of the week. The first battle between these two teams was a heated rivalry that ended up being high scoring. This game should be completely different with the Miami defense playing like a top five unit in the league and taking the ball away at an insane rate. While the Bills have one of the best offenses in the league this year due to Josh Allen and his MVP caliber season. Those two units should cancel each other out while the Dolphins offense and the Bills defense are fairly average at best squads. This is going to be a very close game between two division rivals that are each fighting for seeding in the postseason. The Bills won the first game, but I think that the Dolphins come back and take this one.

Final Pick: Dolphins

Cowboys vs. Giants

This game is going to be far different compared to the last game between these two clubs. The Cowboys lost Dak Prescott in that last matchup and Andy Dalton took over the starting job. He has actually played quite well and has been improving in recent weeks as well as their defense. Meanwhile, the Giants offense has looked even worse than it did earlier in the year while their defense is working their way towards being a top unit in the league. The battle between these two teams is always close but the Giants are a lot more talented than the Cowboys this season and should be able to squeak away with a close victory due to their dominant defense.

Final Pick: Giants

Seahawks vs. 49ers

If both teams were fully healthy, this game could be a very close game. However, that is not the case here as the 49ers should still be missing numerous key players on both sides of the ball including their starting quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo. While the Seahawks find themselves locked in for the postseason behind Russell Wilson’s MVP caliber play this year and the emergence of DK Metcalf. Seattle is a far better team right now and should be able to get after young quarterback Nick Mullens and force him into mistakes early on in the game. There is also nobody on the 49ers that is capable of defending Metcalf at the moment with Richard Sherman recently coming off of an injury. Take the Seahawks with confidence here.

Final Pick: Seahawks

Raiders vs. Broncos

You never know what you are going to get with either of these teams. Drew Lock has been very disappointing all season long for the Broncos, but he has had a very outstanding performances that has kept him as the starter for the team. It doesn’t help that a few key pieces to their team have been out for the year with season ending injuries though. The loss of those players makes it hard for them to win this game as the Raiders have proven to be explosive this season on offense. Although, they have also proven that they can be terrible on that side of the ball with awful performances against the New York Jets and the Atlanta Falcons. This is going to be one of those toss-up games that can go either way, but my faith is in Derek Carr and the Raiders this week as Lock is too inconsistent.

Final Pick: Raiders
